Employee Relations

Positive employee relations are important for a host of issues and areas in the higher education environment. UCEA is committed to improving positive employee relations, including Health and Safety and working to promote equality of opportunity. The Joint Working Project is designed to help promote positive employee relations at an institutional level.  The Joint Working Project assists institutions at many levels and helps develop the skills necessary for building good employee relations locally.
