Initiatives

UCEA is involved in a number of sector specific Health and Safety initiatives for the HE Sector. These include:

Health and Safety in HE

UCEA works closely with the Universities Safety and Health Association (USHA). Joint work has included the production of Health and Safety Guidance for the placement of Higher Education students.

Staff Wellbeing

UCEA is a member of the Steering group for Phase 2 of the Hefce funded Staff Wellbeing project which is now called ‘Improving performance through wellbeing and engagement’.
