New JNCHES Working Groups

An important outcome from the 2009 - 2010 pay negotiations was an agreement for the employers and the unions to work together on a range of important issues through joint Working Groups, in the following three areas –

• Pay framework and data research 

• Equality

• Sustainability Issues 

Outcomes

Each Working Group has published a series of outputs in the form of reports or guidance documents.
