The Living Wage and approaches to reward

This mini-conference took place on Thursday 12 December 2013. It provided delegates with a chance to discuss this topical issue and consider the most appropriate way forward for their HEIs. Participants heared about the economic, workplace and political ‘drivers’ for the current focus on low pay and the Living Wage and gain more clarity on how is it calculated and what accreditation means.
