Equal pay reviews

This is a practical, participative and regularly highly rated workshop that provides participants with the knowledge, information and practical resources that will enable them to conduct their own equal pay review and to decide what to do with the outcomes.

The workshop covers the New JNCHES guidance and addresses topical issues such as the distinction between an equal pay review and gender pay gap reporting. It will cover the new proposed gender pay gap reporting requirements and update participants on other developments including recent employment tribunal rulings.

Participants will be taken by our highly rated facilitator through the steps in an equal pay review, will review worked examples of reports from a range of different sources and undertake practical exercises. They will take away an understanding of what factors to take into account in carrying out a review and how to take forward actions from a review.

There will be plenty of opportunity for participants to discuss their own issues, ask questions and share their experiences and learning from their own reviews conducted to date. This is a very practical and participative workshop and for this reason attendance is restricted to a maximum of 25 participants.

The workshop will run between 10.30am and 3.30pm (registration from 10am). A timed programme can be found below.
