This meeting taking place in central London is designed for members who are new to the sector and those in new roles, as well as those interested to learn more about UCEA’s current programme of work and latest services.

The half-day afternoon session provides an overview of UCEA’s role and key areas of work including the range of activities and services we offer. Participants will have an opportunity to meet UCEA staff and explore how our services can support your institution.

The event will be of particular interest to members with institutional oversight of staffing and HR, for example Pro-Vice-Chancellors with an HR portfolio, and senior colleagues in HR, finance, payroll and communications departments. 

The topics covered will include the multi-employer pay negotiations, UCEA’s research and surveys on reward and workforce issues, pensions, HR policy advice, institutional support on organisational change, clinical academics, health and safety, and communications support.

The session will run from 10.30 am and end with a networking lunch at 1.00 pm (registration from 10.00 am).
