Case studies

UCEA has produced several case studies on institutional approaches to tackling gender pay gaps and improving women's careers.

The following case studies explore initiatives taken by different Universities to address equal pay and gender pay gap presented at the Equal Pay Reviews and Gender Pay Gap Reporting Guidance for Higher Education Institutions events held in Glasgow, Manchester and London in January 2018.
