The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) conducted a consultation on proposed amendments to the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR). The consultation closed at the end of October 2012. UCEA submitted a response to the consultation:
