Laurence Hopkins

Laurence is UCEA's Head of Research and is responsible for leading our research and survey services to ensure that we provide timely and high-quality research and information for our members on reward and employment issues. He is part of the UCEA team in New JNCHES and represents UCEA on the Concordat Strategy Group and Concordat Executive Group, which oversee the implementation of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers. Before joining UCEA he was a researcher at The Work Foundation and a senior analyst at the Change Institute. Laurence holds a MSc in Public Policy from UCL, is an Associate Member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Laurence will be delivering a workshop with Leo Goedegebuure, Professor & Director, LH Martin Institute, MCSHE/Melbourne Graduate School of Education, The University of Melbourne and will be delivering the workshop Examining gender and ethnicity pay gap data; what can we learn about intersectionality? on Wednesday 10 July.
