Nancy Sullivan

Nancy has been a Field Representative with Faculty Bargaining Services (FBS)/Canadian Association of Business Officers (CAUBO) since 2011. Prior to this she served as Vice-President (Finance and Administration) at the University of Guelph for 17 years. She’s also served as Vice-President (Administration and Finance) at Trent University and was with the Government of Manitoba as Assistant Deputy Minister of Post-Secondary, Adult, Continuing Education and Training and in the administration at the University of Manitoba. She has extensive experience in academic negotiations and contract administration.

Nancy was educated at McGill University and attended Bryn Mawr College to complete the Management Development Program in Higher Education Administration. She is a past president of the CAUBO and received its Ken Clements and Honorary Membership awards. She has served as a Board member on numerous not-for-profit organisations.

Session

Nancy will be contributing to Plenary session 3: Developments in enterprise bargaining – Australian and Canadian perspectives on Tuesday 9 July with Stuart Andrews, Executive Director, AHEIAIan Callahan, Chief Operating Officer, Curtin University and James Butler, Director, CAUBO/FBS. The session will be chaired by Dr Daniel J. Julius, Provost and Senior Vice President, New Jersey City University
