The online booking form offers an option of sharing questions with us ahead of the event or longer questions can be emailed to events@ucea.ac.uk

Joining the event

As there will be presentations and discussions on the day, participants should join the event either via the Microsoft Teams App or via a web browser (i.e. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari).

Who should attend

It is aimed at HR and immigration professionals responsible for the recruitment and employment of overseas nationals and whose institutions are already using the GTV route or are currently looking to use it for new appointees.

We anticipate demand for this event to be high. To ensure that as many HEIs as possible have access to places, whilst ensuring that discussions can take place, the maximum number of attendees for this event is 200.

We will therefore limit places to two places per HEI. Institutions which make more than two bookings will be asked to confirm the name of the colleagues who will attend the meeting. Waiting list priority will be given to HEIs without representation.

If demand is high, we will of course look to schedule an additional date.

Attendance fee and how to book

The participation fee is £195 per place. When booking a place, you now have the option of paying online by credit card (note our online booking system indicates the ticket as £195). You can of course be invoiced for the £195 attendance fee (note our online booking system indicates the invoice ticket as £0, you will be invoiced for £195).

Places are limited to two places per HEI. Institutions which make more than two bookings will be asked to confirm the name of the colleagues who will attend the meeting. Waiting list priority will be given to HEIs without representation.
