How should attend, attendance fee and how to book

The Immigration Network meetings are some of our most popular events. To ensure that as many HEIs as possible have access to places, whilst ensuring that discussions can take place, the maximum number of attendees for this meeting is 100.

We will therefore limit places to two places per HEI. Institutions which make more than two bookings will be asked to confirm the names of the two colleagues who will attend the meeting. Waiting list priority will be given to HEIs without representation.

The attendee fee for this online Immigration HR network meeting is at a special participation fee of £40 per place (VAT free).

When booking a place, you now have the option of paying online by credit card (note our online booking system indicates the ticket as £40).
You can of course be invoiced for the £40 attendance fee (note our online booking system indicates the invoice ticket as £0, you will be invoiced for £40).

Book your HEI's place via tickettailor

If you would like to join the waiting list for a third or fourth place, or have another other queries, please email events@ucea.ac.uk
