For non-residential workshops, events and conferences, confirmation of your place, including registration details and joining instructions, will be sent to you by email no later than two weeks before the date of the workshop, event or conference.
We would advise you not to make any travel arrangements until you have received confirmation of your place.
Please contact the UCEA Events Team if you need to obtain confirmation of your place earlier than the standard two weeks prior to the event in order to purchase cheaper advance fares, as we may be able to confirm your place at an earlier date to facilitate this.
For non-residential workshops, events and conferences, the booking fee is chargeable for cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the workshop, event or conference. The substitution of named individuals is allowed at any time.
