Led by Nicola Carter, Senior Consultant (Employment Policy) at UCEA, this session revisits core topics and takes participants through the key issues that HR colleagues involved in the employment lifecycle of clinical academics need to be fully aware of, including:

•    Licensing and revalidation 
•    Pay (consultants and trainees/junior doctors)
•    Developments in excellence awards
•    Dispute resolution

The workshop includes timely updates on developments such as clinical excellence awards and other considerations that impact clinical academics from an employment perspective.

The participation fee for this workshop is £295 per place.
