Early Resolution Skills is a new, practical, interactive online workshop split over two half-days. It equips managers, team leaders and supervisors with the confidence, mindset and tools to approach workplace conflict proactively. After participating you will understand how to identify early signs of conflict within your team and how to address this before they escalate. It is suitable if you are new to the area or seeking to refresh your skills.
