The Immigration HR Network (IHRN) is UCEA’s dedicated network for issues affecting immigration HR teams.
Attendees at the regular meetings of the IHRN benefit from the opportunity to network with peers and discuss or seek support on issues affecting immigration HR teams.

These meetings are designed to be interactive and practical, offering a platform for discussion, collaboration, and to offer support on issues affecting HR immigration teams.
The agenda is still being finalised, but is likely to include:
- Updates including MAC reviews, earned settlement proposals and any pending immigration rules changes.
- Operational issues e.g. full implementation of ETA, RtW checks.
- Tech Nation and Global Talent Visa.

Who is this for? The network meeting is aimed at HR professionals responsible for the recruitment and employment of overseas nationals.
Attendance fee
Special attendance price for UCEA members: £49 (VAT free) per placeTo ensure a high-quality learning experience, we restrict attendance to a maximum of 100 participants. Each HEI may register up to a maximum of two attendees.
Priority on the waiting list will be given to HEIs that are not yet represented.
