Event Overview

Programme content

We will explore the dynamics of understanding and managing an age-diverse workforce. While the term "intergenerational differences" is often used, we will focus on the broader concept of managing preferences, behaviours, and expectations across different age groups.  This event will provide valuable strategies for employers to reconcile varying preferences within their teams and foster a collaborative and understanding work environment and will cover the key policy areas that employers should consider when managing an age-diverse workforce. i.e:

1.    Communications
2.    Reward and EVP
3.    Wellbeing and support
4.    Learning and development
5.    Inclusion and culture
6.    Leadership and management
