Event Overview
What to expect? This network meeting will explore how pensions contribute to the overall value of the employment offer - not just as a financial benefit, but as a key part of an organisation’s reward strategy and Employee Value Proposition.
We’ll discuss how pensions employees perceive pensions, how they can support recruitment and retention, and how best to communicate their value to different communities in the workplace.
Andrew Tweedie (UCEA Head of Reward and Research) and Paul Mason (UCEA Director of Pensions) will lead the session, joined by colleagues with a particular interest in this area.
