Event overview
What to expect?
This session will be structured around peer support for HEIs developing consideration for Total Reward (TR) as part of their reward strategy.
Discussions will focus on how attendees are currently considering or implementing rewards strategies which incorporate total reward. There will also be a short presentation of the sector’s evolving position on total reward to prompt discussion.
Attendees will be invited to share their experience to help group learning. Participants should be prepared to summarise the extent to which the idea of total reward is currently woven into reward practices or local discussion on the development of employee benefits.
This is your chance to learn from peers, including Andrew Tweedie, UCEA’s Head of Reward and Research, whilst shaping the discussion at sector level on reward strategies.
If you have issues to discuss prior to attendance, email Andrew Tweedie at a.tweedie@ucea.ac.uk and he will summarise research on your areas of interest.
