Early resolution skills for managers and team leaders a practical, interactive online workshop split over two half-days. It equips managers, team leaders and supervisors with the confidence, mindset and tools to approach workplace conflict proactively. After participating you will understand how to identify early signs of conflict within your team and how to address this before they escalate.

What to expect?
Through a blend of theory, skills practice and real-world application, participants will learn how to recognise early signs of conflict within their team, intervene constructively and create a culture where conflict is seen as an opportunity for positive change. 

This workshop helps organisations strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance team dynamics and reduce the costs of unresolved conflict.

Who should attend?
This workshop is designed for line managers, team leaders and supervisors - whether new to the area or seeking to refresh your skills. You will learn how to identify early signs of conflict within your team and how to address this before they escalate. 

Is this the right workshop for you? This workshop is not suitable for those responsible for conducting formal mediation processes on behalf of the organisation. If you require skills and understanding to carry out formal mediations, we recommend attending our separate established Core mediation skills workshop, which is specifically tailored for HR professionals and others appointed by their organisation to conduct more formal mediation sessions.
