We are delighted to be offering this very popular annual conference for HEI and NHS colleagues responsible for policy and practice around the employment of clinical academic staff as a one-day, in-person event in central London on Thursday 9 February 2023.
The conference explores strategic workforce and employment issues for HEIs and NHS bodies that employ academic doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals. It will reflect on the implications for employment policies and practices and importantly bring together those with a direct interest in the employment and management of clinical academic staff.
The conference will be chaired by Professor Karen Cox, Vice-Chancellor and President, University of Kent and Chair of UCEA’s Clinical Academic Staff Advisory Group.
