Join us for an engaging one-day, in-person conference in central London on Thursday 27 June where we will consider the art of designing and communicating a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
An EVP is the way in which organisations differentiate themselves, enabling them to recruit, retain and engage the right people. It is the balance of the rewards and benefits that are received by employees in return for their performance at the workplace. The EVP should connect an organisation’s values, people strategy and policies, and be linked to the organisational brand.
Work done by UCEA so far indicates that teams most closely involved in the development and implementation of EVPs involve Human Resources, Organisational Development (OD), Employee Experience (EX) and Communications professionals and so senior representation from each of these teams are welcome at this conference.
We have curated a stimulating line up of speakers from both the Higher Education (HE) sector and the wider economy. They will present insightful case studies on their journey toward creating meaningful Employee Value Propositions (EVP). There will be plenty of opportunities throughout the day to ask questions of the speakers and participate in round table discussions to consider the issues, share thoughts and ideas. It is an ideal opportunity to establish connection with colleagues who could become a network of support for attendees and their HEI’s work in this area.
