UCEA is providing a new suite of member offerings on Employee Experience (EX) to explore specific challenges for those at various stages in thinking and implementation. These include online peer support groups, the first of which has already taken place, and the second of which will take place in the autumn, and half-day workshops.
Total Reward: from intention to experience, policies to practice on Tuesday 10 October is the first of two half-day online workshops which will explore the building blocks that need to be put in place to develop a Total Reward and EVP-centred approach, with the aim that this will feed into HEIs’ initial action plans. Following a successful run in May, and another run in September we are re-running this first workshop focussing on Total Reward which is facilitated by Duncan Brown, Independent rewards researcher and adviser, Visiting Professor, University of Greenwich and Principal Associate. Duncan wrote the UCEA Total Reward and Employee Value Proposition guide and toolkit.
