UCEA Reward Network

Are you responsible for pay and rewards in your Higher Education Institution? Then connect with other Higher Education pay and rewards professionals in UCEA’s new Reward Network.

The Reward Network will be online using Microsoft Teams at 10:00 am on Thursday 18 April and will run for approximately an hour and a half, finishing no later than 11.30 am.

We would expect Network group participants to be the most senior person responsible for strategic pay and reward issues in their HEI. The network group discussions will be at a senior level and we anticipate that participants can speak with authority about their HEI’s approach to strategic pay and reward issues.

Shape the agenda
Meetings of this new Network will be interactive and focussed on our members' pay and total reward challenges, and how UCEA’s members-only data can help solve rewards problems at each institution.

If you have particular agenda items that you would like to be discussed at the Reward Network, please contact Andrew Tweedie, Interim Head of Reward and Research via a.tweedie@ucea.ac.uk. We will also take the opportunity in this first meeting to explore topics of mutual interest which set the agenda for future network meetings.
