Event Overview
What to expect? UCEA senior officers will provide an overview of UCEA’s role and will cover our key areas of work in HR policy advice, Employee Experience, the multi-employer pay negotiations, UCEA’s research and surveys on reward and workforce issues, sector pensions support, the employment of clinical academics, health and safety, and communications support. Participants will have an opportunity to explore how our services can support your institution.
The 90-minute session will feature:
- A presentation showing the range of activities and services we offer
- Informal discussions and a Q&A
- A short walkthrough of the UCEA website to help attendees navigate our resources effectively.
Who is this for? All individuals who are given access to UCEA services by their HEIs are eligible to participate. The event will be of particular interest to colleagues with institutional oversight of staffing and HR, for example Pro-Vice-Chancellors with an HR portfolio, and senior colleagues in HR, finance, payroll and communications departments.
Don’t miss this opportunity to discover how UCEA can support your institution’s goals.
Attendance fee
Participation is free. However, as numbers will be restricted, we ask that if your diary commitments change and you are unable to join us, that you do let us know as soon as possible so that places can be allocated to other members.
When booking, you can indicate what areas of UCEA’s work you would like to know more about. If time allows, we will do our best to cover these requests during the session.
