Our goal during this event is to delve into the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of a strategic approach to Total Reward and its direct connection to the Employee Experience.
This event is ideal for HRDs who are considering a review or refresh of their Total Reward strategy. It will also be of value to other senior professionals within the HR, Reward or Communications Teams who wish to deepen their understanding of the links between the Employee Experience, EVP, and Total Reward and identify the steps their HEIs could take towards this.
Case study speakers from both within and outside the HE Sector will share their organisation’s approach to Total Reward, the challenges they faced, and the successes achieved. Q&As will help attendees explore the complexities of this topic.
UCEA will host a follow-on Reward Network meeting for Reward Specialists in HEIs to discuss the ‘hands-on’ implications of the issues covered. Further details, including booking links for the follow-on session, will be shared separately.

HR Directors who wish to attend with their Head of Reward or Head of Communications can book two places at a discounted Early Bird rate of £450 in total until Monday 18 November. After this date the fee will be £490 for two places. Please coordinate within your team to take advantage of this offer.
