Survey on impact of immigration rules changes
The recruitment and retention of international staff is essential to the success of the UK’s higher education (HE) sector. Following changes to the immigration rules in February and April 2024, UCEA surveyed members to evaluate the impact on the recruitment and retention of international staff in view of concerns about the impact of the changes on the ability of HEIs to recruit and retain international staff.
