Public sector pension scheme valuations, surpluses and legal implications

UCEA has together with Isio, designed two online events where we will explore pensions and reward from the viewpoint of HEIs that participate in the public service schemes. We will examine current challenges, opportunities and forward thinking, including how pensions provision can be communicated as a valuable and tangible part of the overall reward and employment package. Each event will offer time for Q&A and discussion.

The events are designed for HR and Finance Directors, Reward, Pensions and HR Managers in UCEA member HEIs. Pre-92 HEIs using TPS and LGPS as well as HEIs that offer the NHS Pension Scheme to clinical academic staff are welcome to attend. You can attend one or both events, noting that the focus of each event is different.
